Soup for the Rainy Day

Zuppa Toscana Soup
1/2 pound of cooked hot italian ground
1/2 finely chopped onion
4 cups water1 tsp chicken bouillon - to taste
3 or 4 med potatos - thinely sliced
2 minced cloves of garlic
1/3 cup of whipping cream
add Kale with cream if desired

Cook sausage, onion, and garlic together, add water, potatoes and bouillon to taste and cook until potatoes are done. Add whipping cream and Kale, cook for 4 mins, stiring occasionally.

----this usually feeds 3-4 people. I usually double it because I want left overs or feed huge groups.
